Heartstarter class

Heartstarter classes give you a taste of all the sexy and pole dance fitness classes shemoves has to offer! Bring your alter ego and learn how to strut, seduce and spin like a Moulin Rouge showgirl.  Why not kick off your Friday night out with the crew from shemoves!!

It’s just $33 for the 1.5 hour class (however please note that all group bookings of 5 or more attract a 10% discount when paid in full prior to the class).  Here’s what you get in the class…:

• a mini polemoves beginners lesson (our origional pole dance course)
• a mini workout from our 'smoulder & burn pole dance aerobics'
• a lapmoves lap dance routine (from our lapmoves 101 class!)
• an awesome, unforgettable acrobatic pole demonstration by your instructor to finish off the night!
