Smoulder and Burn/Spin/Strength pole dance workouts are a professionally created mix of pole dance, lap dance, floorwork and now Bounce! booty shakin' dance fitness.
*Mum's and Bub's sessions available with babysitting!! Tuesday mornings @10am in Perth and Wednesday mornings @ 9.30am* Be sure to book Kids Club as well as Smoulder & Burn to secure your babysitting!
And it's a casual class so you can join the sexy workout any time! Our original choreography and inspiring dance tracks are updated every 8 weeks.
Smoulder & Spin is very similar to Smoulder & Burn however is exclusively for Polemoves Beginner graduates as it incorporates beginner spins to keep our PoleMoves graduates flying!.
Smoulder & Strength is half dance, half boot camp! Each song cleverly incorporates sexy dance moves with strength exercises to fast track your lean and toned summer body!
