Performing fluid, beautiful and seemingly effortless lyra routines is something we all aspire to and even expect when we first start in a beginner Lyra course…. Then reality hits! Unless you have been pole or aerial dancing for years you probably don’t yet have the upper body strength to hold yourself off the lyra for several seconds at a time.
