We understand! Before committing to a full beginners course, come along to our next 1.5 hour beginner level pole fitness trial class to get a taste of the fun that thousands of women around Perth have been raving about since 2004!

Every week, one of Shemoves' 3 locations around Perth will be hosting a beginner level trial class brimming full of sweaty, fun, fitness! 



About our trial class!

At the pole dance trial class you will receive a full pole dance lesson including spins (at beginner level) from our Polemoves pole fitness course followed by an extreme level demonstration by your Instructor at the end of our time together! 

When is the next trial class on? 
Every Saturday there will be a trial class on at one or more the Shemoves' studio locations - see below!
 
What to wear : please come along in whatever style of gym clothes you like to work out in; most ladies wear 3/4 or knee length leggings/gym pants, and shorts are fine, too. A tank top or t-shirt is fine and don't worry about footwear as we will teach you everything in bare feet :)

What to bring : a water bottle and sweat towel
